A fast-growing US fintech needed enterprise-grade analytics infrastructure built from scratch, including attribution modeling that could connect offline loan applications to digital marketing spend across multiple ad platforms.


Approach

  • Designed and built GA4 implementation with server-side tagging for accurate, privacy-compliant data collection

  • Built custom multi-touch attribution models on BigQuery to analyse $15M+ in annual ad spend

  • Developed logistic regression models to predict and model untrackable offline finance applications

  • Implemented Conversion API integrations for Google Ads, Meta, Basis, and StackAdapt for offline conversion tracking
